    Description

    This is a fully restored antique 4/4 violin, fiddle. There is an old label visible inside the f hole:
    Anno 1757 Carlo Bergonzi, fece in Cremona, made in Germany
    .  There is also 1904 etched in the button area, which shows the approximate age of the violin.
    The violin has been restored and is structurally sound. There is an old repaired 1" hairline crack o
    n right side of the top deck, and possibly the central seam on the back may have been reglued.
    The repairs are professionally done, completely stable, and have no effect on the beautiful sound of the violin. The violin is in excellent ready to play condition. The tone is great. It will get even better with regular playing. Dimensions are: length 14 and 1/8" width 8 and 1/8". Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase.
